Mrs. Cynthia D. Starling, age 55 of Rome, passed away on January 29, 2026, at AdventHealth Redmond Hospital in Rome, GA.

A private service will be held at a later date.

Survivors include her husband, Stephen Starling; son, Cody O'Neal Goss; mother, Betty Jean Ray; sister, Cheryl Redding; brother, Calvin Leon Ray, Jr.

Mrs. Starling, better known as "Blossom", had a profound love for dogs, enjoyed listening to old Gospel, and was a free spirit.

She is preceded in death by her father, Ray Roberson, and her brother, Terry Ray Roberson.
