Dennis Franklin McSpadden

Mr. Dennis Franklin McSpadden, age 68 of Leesburg, passed away on August 25, 2026, at AdventHealth Redmond Hospital in Rome, GA. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at Cherokee Memory Gardens.

He is survived by his sons, Jeff Vines, Kevin McSpadden (Amanda), and Jason McSpadden (Rhonda); grandchildren, Jeremiah Vines, Malachi McSpadden (Kaylen), Emma McSpadden, Ensleigh McSpadden, Graceyn McSpadden, Katrina McSpadden, Cassandra Kinney, and Sasha Tinney; great grandchildren, Kaden McSpadden, Ethan McSpadden, Maddyson McSpadden, Sutton McSpadden, Bryson Morrison and Korbin Mackey; great-great grandchildren, Hazel McSpadden and Maverick McSpadden; siblings, Wayne Reed, Doris Battles (James) and Donnie McSpadden (Marlene); and several nieces and nephews.

Dennis was a truck driver until his retirement, a job which he loved. He raised his children with love and always enjoyed spending time with them and his grandchildren. Dennis smiled the most when he saw his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by the love of his life of 34 years, Wanda Faye Evans McSpadden; grandson, Jaxon Theodore McSpadden; mother, Ruby Louise Jones; father, Hubert McSpadden; brothers, Kenneth McSpadden and Doyle McSpadden; his father-in-law, Rev. Charles J. Evans; and his mother-in-law, Adele Evans.
