Ernest "Clifford" Duncan, Jr.

Mr. Ernest “Clifford” Duncan, Jr., age 76 of Cedar Bluff, passed away Friday, May 30, 2025, at his residence.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Survivors include his children, Kerrie Renae (Tommy) James, Jennifer Celeste (Dontá) Moore, Lieah Nicole (Doug) Lewis; Grandchildren, Kaitlyn James, Caleb James, Ethan (Jordan) Teat, Natalie Teat, Leah Lewis, Lincoln Lewis, Duncan Lewis; Sister, Nellie Ruth Duncan Clay; Special sister, Karin Johnson; Special brother, Doug (Elaine) McKinney.

Many nieces and nephews also survive.

Mr. Duncan was a native of Rome, GA, born to the late Nomi and Ernest Duncan, Sr. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and a well-known mechanic, having run Cliff’s Auto Repair for years, while also installing graphics for Miller Zell.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jo Ann McKinney Duncan; Parents, Ernest Clifford Duncan, Sr. and Noma Goss Duncan; Sister, Betty Sue Duncan Early.
