Mrs. Rhonda Anderson Harris, age 67 of Cedar Bluff, passed away on July 2, 2026, at her residence.
A funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. (CST) Sunday, July 5th, 2026, at the Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Shane Swafford officiating. Burial will follow at Weiss Lake Memorial Gardens in Gaylesville. A meal will be provided, following her burial, at Grace Pointe Church of God for Mrs. Harris' family and friends. Her family will be receiving friends from 1 P.M. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband, Bryan Harris; daughter, Rachel Sanford; step-children, Robbie (Sarah) Harris and Cetera (Matthew) Freeman; grandchildren, Ethan Henry, Eden Harris, Elijah Henry, Gabe Freeman, Ryman Harris and Elleanna Freeman; brothers, Robert (Leigh Ann) Anderson and George (Elizabeth) Anderson; sisters-in-law, Deborah Roberts, Terry (Tim) Spencer; brothers-in-law, Gary Harris, Mike (Kim) Harris; special granddaughter, Melissa Peek; special great-granddaughter, SueZanna Harper; and special friend, Pam Sayre.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Freeman, Kevin Ray, George Anderson, Archie Shinn, Chris Camp, and Logan Shinn.
Rhonda was born in Fort Lee, Virginia to the late Robert Dewey and Scharlene Romine Anderson. She was very resourceful and creative, known for her artistic side- doing crafts and writing poetry. Mrs. Harris enjoyed going to the beach and swimming and floating in her pool at home. She was a member of Grace Pointe Church of God, where she loved to serve others and help meet other people's needs in her community. She will always be remembered for her music as she could beautifully sing and play piano. Her fun-loving personality never failed to shine a light in everyone's lives.
The family will be accepting flowers, which may be conveniently purchased on our online store, or at any local florist.
